Rock's past, betrays his usually content demeanor. Rock is the only son of Geese Howard, the former mafia leader of Southtown. His father was a ruthless individual, killing and pillaging as he saw fit; abandoning Rock and his mother so early in Rock's life, that Rock wouldn't be able to recognize him if he saw him. Rock's mother, Marie Heinlein, contracted a disease when Rock was eight years old. As much as he cared for his mother, and as much as he tried, she still died. Rock blamed himself for her death, and his father for not caring. With no where else to go, Geese's murderer, Terry Bogard, took Rock in as his own. Terry trained and cared for Rock, though Terry's patience and guilt were never what Rock was looking for. He promised himself that he would never ever be like his father, so he strived to be the opposite, though he's always afraid that his cursed blood will force him toward the same path as his father. | Rock's past, betrays his usually content demeanor. Rock Howard is from SNK's Video Game series Fatal Fury, and makes his debut in Garou: Mark of the Wolves. For what it's worth, Rock is a pretty normal kid. He's rather quiet, and spends his time playing the bass, working a part time job, and doing chores for Terry Bogard, his guardian. He's shy around girls, and once he realizes he's talking to one, he chokes up and finds himself at a loss for words.Rock's past, betrays his usually content demeanor.
During a tournament held by Kain Heinlein, Rock learns that his mother is still alive. Rock leaves Terry's care and allows Kain to take him as his partner to find Marie. Kain's intentions, however, lie in finding the presumed "secrets" of Geese Howard. Leaving Kain's side, Rock finds himself in Purgatory, once again crossing paths with Terry Bogard.
Rock was born on June 24th, making him a Cancer. He just turned eighteen.
Rock is played by Roni at rockthewolves. Rock's play by is Nick Potts.
Current
Believing that Southtown still exists beyond the borders of the island, Rock has been doubtful of what he was told at the Welcome Center. Unwilling to believe that his former life was fake, he's still pushing to find who's behind everything that's happening in Purgatory. He's aided often in this endeavor by Chun-Li. He once again moved in with Terry without telling him any of the details of what happened between him and Kain, and acts as he did if he never left at all.
He's the current bassist of BLAST, and has a part-time job at the Turtles' Pizza Shop. He is also a member of Maya Natsume's Juuken Bu. He makes friends easily, and is always willing to help. He's escorted many people from the Welcome Center to the temporary housing.
