Frederick Givhan is known as one of the top guys in Insanity Backyard Wrestling, for his willingness to take bumps and humorous "happy-go-lucky" look at life. He has competed amongst some of Maryland's best, including Tha Juggla & Crazy Stephen.
2008
Hardcore Frak debuted in March of 2008 at "Make Me A Superstar" under the name of Disco Fred, in a match for the BWS Deathmatch Championship. He went one on one with Crazy Stephen, who defeated him via a senton onto a glass covered board. He went unheard of for the rest of the year.
2009
In 2009, Frak showed up on IBW's debut event under the name of 2 Hardcore Frak. He defeated rival Crazy Stephen in a 25 Fluorescent Light Tube, Carpet Strip Contraptions, & Toothpick Board Deathmatch via The Happy Ending (his signature manuever) onto the toothpick board. He went on to battle Crazy Stephen in a very diverse series of matches, ranging from the "Backwoods Brawl" to a Best Two Out Of Three Falls match. On October 25th, 2009, Frak made it to the semi-finals of the tournament, only to be eliminated by Tha Juggla. As 2009 neared an end, Hardcore Frak put together an army of the IBW roster members who were also fed up with Bloody Murder, a stable consisting of Tha Juggla, Crazy Stephen, Abiss, & Pennywise.
2010
Throughout 2010, Frak continues to hold his ground as one of the top guys in Insanity Backyard Wrestling today. He has since buried the hatchet with Crazy Stephen, and defeated Sabbath for the IBW Strong-Style Championship.
