EAW August Thunder is a backyard wrestling monthly show/event produced under BCW or Backstream Championship Wrestling. The original show was based under Extreme Ametuer Wrestling which is the parent fed of BCW. This is the third of four flagship shows following Stairway to Glory. This was the third show in the series of shows. The show featured a co main event in which King defended the EAW World Championship against Alex Austin and StingRay and Commander D defended the BCW World Championship against Killer K.
