They gave back the NABA title in late May of 2007. The CWA Heavyweight World's Championship is highly regarded as one of the most prestigious World Championships in all of backyard wrestling, most regard it as the highest of all backyard wrestling world championships.

History

Origination

In June of 2005, the CWA was a group of wrestlers that branched off the XWA. On July 14, 2005, CWA had their inaugural show Revolution. This show was to decide the 1st CWA Heavyweight World Champion. In the Main Event of the show, it was pitted in a Gauntlet Match that was determine amongst CJ Styles, Joe Randa, Max Vender, Renegade, Scorpion & Darren Mariono. CJ Styles got the victory in the end over Joe Randa in the end. A new evolution in backyard wrestling had begun as CWA was born and had its first champion to lead the way, but four days later Joe Randa got his rematch and won the CWA Championship going on to hold the title for a little over two months losing to Renegade in a 60 minute Iron Man Match.
