Season 3-5 (2005-2008)

In 2005 on episode 20, season 3 Revolution, Josh Dreamer as Psycho X appeared in XBW Wrestling attacking Deathwarrent during his arrival to the event and is chased off by retrospective owner, War. His gimmick was an avenger of Psycho who was allegedly repeatedly admitted to the Psychiatric Ward. After unsuccessfully competing in a XBW Hardcore Championship invitational at Breaking Limits, he challenged XBW Champion Ryan Stevens to a non-title match, ending up getting an upset victory with the assist of Deathwarrent, who was pursuing to dethrone Stevens of his title.

Dreamer went on to defeat Venom for the XBW Hardcore Championship shortly before it was regained moments later due to 24/7 ruling. Around such time, Dreamer had quietly formed the Asylum stable with Venom and Heavy D. He soon advanced to the semi-finals of the Kings of Carnage Tournament and lost to an advancing War.

Baltimore Elite Wrestling Alliance (2009-present)

In 2009, Dreamer premiered in Baltimore Elite Wrestling Alliance during its initial event Warfare on February 1, where he competed against his tag team partner from Maryland Underground Wrestling, H.I.V and lost. Dreamer quickly aimed for the BEWA Championship, as later on the show, he defeated Reaper to advance in the first round of an 8-Man BEWA Championship Tournament. At Vicious Valentine 2009, his pursuit was shortened with a loss to The Franchise in the semi-finals and later that event in a match dubbed "Rose Among Thorns" which opportuned the winner to become contender to the champion crowned at that event provided winning a 6-Man Tables match, which Dreamer also lost.

On the March 1, 2009 edition of Warfare, Dreamer introduced his new interview segment called Dreamstreet with his first interviewee being the BEWA United States Champion, Jason G. Subsequently in the show, he had a chance to gain contention for the BEWA Intercontinental Championship in a Reverse Triple Threat match against Dante Danyalz and The Franchise, but reached unavailing efforts.
