TBW was formed in 2011 by former members of previous local federations within the Inverness district. The name TBW was given to them by former wretlers [Ry] and [Tank] of [Total Backyard Wrestling] along with their original Youtube account. This meant TBW already had 240 subscribers and a hungry audience. Also, new names joined the company as TBW announced a "Summer 2011" debut.
