Emperor Franco led the August Revolution of 2003 in Nationstates and founded the New Pacific Order three days later on the 1st of September, along with Comrades Poskrebyshev and Bertram Stantrous. He remained Emperor until June 2004 when real life events caused him to hand the honour on to Comrade Unlimited.
