A chemist working for the Russians and the alien creatures. He believes that humanity is inherently evil and must be destroyed. He attempts this goal with his varied collection of poisons and venoms. His first attempt to gas a large part of London was foiled by the Vancouver Air Privateer.

He is in peak physical condition and is a veritable genius in almost all fields, but especially in the sciences and particularly in chemisty and biology. He is incredibly handsome, with dark hair and eyes. Despite his near perfect life as the shining star of Russia, he became disgusted by humanity. He believes humans have only hurt Earth and that the planet would be better off without them. This encouraged his alliance with the creatures.

His unique uniform is red with gold trim. A master with all weapons he usually provides a collection of throwing spears - useful in close combat, but due to his peak physical strength and agility, almost as deadly as a gun at range.
