Cain is a construct built by Patrick to hold the clean parts of his brother Brian's soul. He started out as a rather frightening figure with a skeletal look but after meeting with Angel he has gained skin and hair and looks very human. He is a kind thing and innocent as well. He has taken up the duty of caring for Angel and she is teaching him a lot about himself and embarrassing the living heck out of him.
