HB Journal for Oct 19, 1939

Today was a little different once. We started late as usual and worked hard as usual.

We finally got a little flour made ahead of orders and so we managed to get a little repair work done. Of course, I'm the mechanic at the mill.

I worked till dark, 5:45, & came home with Groffie's Ford. Nancy & Everett were here for supper.

After supper, we went to Sr. Choir practice once again. Then we went to Eunice & Val's & helped set up there stove. We were treated swell.
