HB Journal for Nov 16, 1940

From Brackbillwiki

There was surely a sight for weary eyes for us to behold this morning: the sun shone forth in all its splendor. The weather was decidedly colder but much more brisk.

Things went as the same this morning at the office.

In the afternoon we put away the screen doors and glider. Web & I went over home where I hunted for rabbits with Rossie.

After a big supper we sat down to rest. Betty D & Emory came & discussed plans for their wedding.

I finished collecting my welfare this afternoon -- $36.00.
