HB Journal for May 26, 1940

We had pretty much of a thunderstorm last night or this morning about one. The electric clock in the kitchen had stopped at that time. But even that didn't clear off the weather.

We went to S.S. and Church as usual and things were fine.

We ate dinner at home and in the afternoon went over home and played ball & quoits.

After a big supper we went to Lancaster and sang in the County Chorus recital at Moravian. We drove home afterwards.
