HB Journal for May 20, 1940

We start another week in the usual manner. The "Missus" did the washing in the morning & I went to the office.
After dinner we both were at our accustomed places. Among other things we sent notices to C.E. all over the county about the Chorus's Recital.
It rained something worth writing about. It almost tied up traffic.
After supper we went to Lancaster to final rehearsal of the chorus. They were nearly all there and things went swell.
