I got awake this morning very early to the welcomed sound of showers of rain.

When it was time to get up we were more inclined to stay in bed as usual.

Young man, I had a busy day, well, we all had a busy day for it was wet and still wetting. Farmers couldn't work so they came to see us. We did a big business.

We had late supper. Afterwards I worked at a crossword puzzle while Jane did dishes and weaved. Then I wrote to Harold & Jane put the finishing touches on it. Then to bed.
