HB Journal for Mar 31, 1939
From Brackbillwiki
This morning started as usual with a promise of a cloudy, cool day and a hidden sun.
Nearly the first thing I had to do was help Dick load a load of potatoes. I was afraid it would go bad for my cold but it only drove it away or loosened it up. Groffie treated me on him.
In the evening we all went to a congregational meeting at the Church. I made a president's report for C.E.. Jane, the treasurers. We had ice cream and cake.
