HB Journal for Mar 24, 1940
From Brackbillwiki
We got up a little earlier than usual and took Eunice along to the C.E. Easter Sunrise service at Lancaster. It was terribly cold and we nearly froze. The service was very nice.
Sunday School and Church attendance were both good.
We joined the family over home for dinner. Ellis F. & Marksburys were there in the P.M. C. Keneagy's barn burned down. We went over to Sheaffers for supper. Harold led C.E. We went down to hear the Gap cantata afterwards.
Commentary
March 24 was Easter.
