HB Journal for Jul 16, 1940
From Brackbillwiki
Jane wished that we would get up a little earlier this morning and we did a little.
After breakfast she took me down to work on her way over home. She took Mother & Florence to see Grammy. She had fan belt trouble and was delayed.
We were busy again at the office the first of the red automatons went out.
Nancy & I went along over home too for supper and to swim in the evening. I had the pleasure of helping to pitch a load of wheat. Red & Arvella came hunting us.
