HB Journal for Dec 20, 1939
From Brackbillwiki
It was doubly hard to get up this morning for, aside from its being a rainy day, we weren't quite over our last few night's scarcity of sleep.
Groffie drove for a change this morning. We had plenty of work at the mill. I spent my whole day packing flour and doing books. I enjoyed it.
After supper we went to Prayer meeting and choir practice and there wasn't the former. I bought some electrical fixtures and after practice the choir had a little argument about Christmas Caroling.
