HB Journal for Dec 15, 1940

From Brackbillwiki

We were sleepy heads this morning. Too much wedding I guess. Herm didn't get up until 8:30 and had to hurry. I was worse yet. 9:30 when I crawled out. After a small dinner we got baby ready, stopped for Eunice & Val and then headed for Lititz. This was baby's first long ride. Marg kept Evelyn Jane while the rest of us went to Lititz Moravian S. S. to hear Darlene say her piece. Back at the Buchers we talked and then had a swell supper, fresh strawberries (frozen), bologna and all. In the evening the boys went to hear the Cantatta at the Church. It was late till we got home but all were happy.
