Sunday can't come without our first having fulfilled the day ahead of it and so we start with Monday.

It was real cool this morning and we appreciated the change. After we got Dick loaded & headed for Phila. we found we weren't so terrible busy. Groffie went to mow John's lawn, Schnuppie made mostly long trips, John was away all afternoon and so Allie & I had the place to ourselves.

After supper Jane ironed. I started to put up a chicken yard fence but darkness put a stop to that about 7:30. Then I relaxed.
