Nancy was still in bed this morning & so I didn't see her.

Work went fine at the mill. I broke away from the gang at noon & took the rest of the day off.

Jane took her family to the Sunday School Picnic in their car before dinner. I joined the fun about the middle of the games. It was very hot but the young fortunate ones of us cooled off at the swimming pool. We really had fun.

After picnic supper, we came home & went to East Branch Executive Board at Reba Clark's. It was still hot.
