HB Journal for Apr 14, 1940

This morning we arose at our usual Sunday tardy hour and after a breakfast of "not less than two" eggs we went to Lititz proper.

We went to Sunday School and church at the Moravian church and enjoyed their fine building and their ceremony as well as the choir.

We had a big dinner after which we took turns at sleeping. Later on we drove around awhile and looked for arbutus.

We had light supper and then listened to more radio and played chinese checkers.

Of course, then we came home.
