The weather did not encourage washing this morning and so it just wasn't done. It still rained and blowed enough to be called a wet day.

We were plenty busy at the milloffice. Not only getting the books ready to be closed at the end of the year, but customers came in, quite a few.

The crowning feature of the day was the C.E. Banquet and election of officers at Church. The program featured Rev. Kaufman and Harold as speakers. Many other fine things transpired and it made a nice evening. I expect winter now.
