"O day of Rest and Gladness, O Day of Joy and Light." It was a beautiful day and fitted very much the words of the Hymn.

I took my load to S.S. & Church. Jane stayed home and made dinner. Mother was with us. We went to Grandma Leaman's after dinner & took some pictures. Then we went over home for supper.

Clarence Nelson was to viist our C.E.. Mary Jane led. We had pictures at church. We went over home again and wound up back here safe & sound.
