I awoke this morning happy and ready for the day. I got up promptly at six and had plenty to do to keep me busy till seven. I then went down to the office.

More than often I thought of Jane and our little baby girl.

It was pay day at work and I saw that the men got their checks.

After supper, I took Mother, Harold & Everett in to see Jane. I saw my little daughter also, she was crying. (She looked like Jane.)
