Now this is a red letter day so please note details.

I didn't get up this morning but rather felt my cold & grippe had better be nursed in bed than broad cast throughout my companionship.

I had breakfast and dinner in bed. Nancy was here for dinner. The rest of the Youngs came in the afternoon. Our very invigorating friend Zimmy came also - just recently from a sick bed. All this company was much appreciated. I went down stairs for supper but went right back to bed.

Jane led C.E. and I was sorry to miss it.

The weather was warmer today, they said.
