It was hard to get awake to the fact that this, again, was Monday, a day of work & getting up early. After I once got the fact through my mind & body, I found it very delightful & enlightening.

At the mill, things were very normal. The phone rang every few minutes & Dick went to Philly with an Amish passenger, Dan Lapp.

Jane was tired & I was late. Supper was at 6:15 & it was almost 8:00 when I finished the dishes. Jane is ironing because Shorty will be coming to visit us over night tomorrow.

"All's well that ends well"--I hope, I hope, I hope, I hope, I hope.
