After having done too much oversleeping, I felt pretty guilty when I went to work almost an hour late. I tried to condole myself with the fact that I had worked all Saturday afternoon without remuneration. We were not extra busy anyway.

The sun drove a good bit of the snow into the ground, but the wind did its share to preserve the cold.

After supper we boys all went to U.C.C.E. meeting at church. We had a nice time but it seemed a little useless. Now it is eleven thirty and bedtime.
