Almost lunch wasn't packed when it was time to go to work but I couldn't go with dinner, no sir!

We weren't busy at the mill and it was a good thing because the weather was miserable. The rain we expected came and the snow a little later.

I got my hair cut before I came home. Then after cleaning up, I went to the J.P. to arrange a hearing.

Marg & Willis & Darline came for supper about 8 o'clock and to stay all night. Eunice & Valmer came and we had a nice evening even if the weather was bad.

Commentary

The J.P. was the Justice of the Peace. Herman was visiting to arrange the hearing for the driving without lights incident on February 22nd.
