The town population has increased by the birth of a 9 1/4 lb Miller kid boy. I guess it won't be long till he is throwing stones like his brothers (like I am).
It was a cloudy morning. The boys sextet didn't sing well. Mr. Rankin preached for Mr. Kaufman.
We had dinner down home--chicken. We packed lunch & all went merrily to Chestnut Level. We had a swell time, a good time too. All our friends were there from Paradise, about.
The service in the evening was quite large 6 or 7 hundred people. Even Kate Hemphill.
We got home late.
