The Forever King (voiced by Richard Doyle) is the leader of the Forever Knights and the Negative 10. The Forever King serves as the fourth season's main antagonist. He was once Driscoll the supreme leader of the Plumbers at the time Max was a rookie member. He was thrown out of the Plumbers in disgrace when he revealed to have been stealing alien technology for his benefit. He then joined the Forever Knights and went up the ranks to become their leader. He first appeared in "[Perfect Day]]" where he finds Enoch defeated by Ben. He then leaves Enoch after his multiple failures and decides take care of Ben himself. He appears again in "Ben 10 vs. The Negative 10" where he rounds up some of Ben's old enemies to form the Negative 10 to steal the Sub-Energy a power source given to the Plumbers after capturing an alien convict.

The Negative 10 is made up of

   * The Forever King himself
   * Forever Knight Ninja (a devoted servant of the King skilled in combat)
   * Dr. Animo (with his new creations, a mutated bat and a mutated gopher)
   * The Circus Freak Trio (Acid Breath, Frightwig and Thumbskull)
   * Joey/Rojo (who has been given a new suit of alien tech by the Forever Knights)
   * Clancy (who has devolved into a mutant insect since his last encounter with Ben)
   * Charmcaster (without Hex)
   * Sublimino (being the new leader of the Circus Freaks)
