Basic Information

• Kage 101
  Shadowsider, the player behind Kage and Sennyo, is a man of ... little to no writing talent. I would not hold that against him if he weren't a whiny, oversensitive psycho with delusions of personality. Even considering that, I would not hold that against him if he would just learn when to quit.
• Dee 101
  Wildefyre was an even worse writer than Shadowsider in that her grasp of grammar and spelling, or at the very least, typing, is loose at best. Also loose is her grasp on reality, most notably the part about the entire universe not revolving around her. IC and OOC was but a blurry line during execution of responses to any IC negativity whatsoever.
• Cole 101
  Cole, the concluding member of this sad little trio, consistently battles with Dee for most abysmal RPer/whiniest bitch ever. Grammar, spelling, typing, characterization, anything interesting whatsoever -- you name it, it was lacking. Since she also made an attempt to sue me, she holds a special little place in my heart.

• WeyrdChic: how do you continue to exist
  One year ago, this rant was about Shadowsider and his stupid character, Kage. I cannot imagine what possessed us to continue RPing with this person. Actually, I can answer that. One year ago, I was a more loving, tolerant person. I was also a Swedish model with a luxuriant golden mane. Now, after all my experiences with these terrible RPers, I'm actually a wizened old Norwegian man with syphilis. Also, all my teeth fell out.
• Jillian: get awayyyyy
  A year ago, I was far more generous to Kate than I would be now. (Note: at this point I was still a Swedish model.) I still manage to touch on all the problems that, sadly, are still problems right now, such as: the obvious self-esteem problems, the irritating fixation on sexuality, the lack of ability or willingness to differentiate between IC and OOC, and the fact that Shadowsider has the emotional maturity of a sponge.
• Tsu: no emo heart
  It is agreed, we are all pretty much heartless in comparison to Shadowsider and company. We only care about "real things," as opposed to our "fake vicarious social lives as any number of supernatural/implausible characters."
• Sukael: short and sweet
  Hilariously enough, the same day, Sukael posts independently about the very same subject.
• Ashu: not mpreg, my ass
  If you were to assign Sages a rating, it would probably be PG-13. This is not to say that mention of other things is not allowed. I myself do not give two shits about mpreg, but it is not unreasonable to suggest that people should not be expected to just accept it and be supportive. It is perfectly IC for people to freak out and be disgusted. Get over it.
• Jillian: we're not your therapist
  RP as catharsis is a tricky thing. Please do not let it get out of hand. Even if you are intellectually capable of maintaining the IC/OOC line, things still get through, and it can still cause problems.
• Tsu: don't scream at Dr. Hobo
  Seriously, anybody who responds seriously to Dr. Hobo from VGCats deserves the ensuing backlash. This also featured Shadowsider's explanation of why she integrates OOC requests into IC poses without any indication they are actually OOC: because she "doesn't like" to go OOC. ..... so what, are we just supposed to read your mind?
• Yang: rules apply only at will!
  Ah, the no-violence field. Admittedly applied only at the will of both players involved, one cannot tell someone else they can't use it because it's not in the rules, then invoke it to protect their own characters. Well you can but you're going to end up on BRPS.
• Sukael: Thy doth not equal I
  One of Cole's characters seems to have some sort of faux old English accent, except that Cole is a moron who doesn't actually know any old English. It's more than tacking on an extra 'e' at the end of things, you know. Cole's usual angry retort had something to do with -- no, you know what, I never understood how she used logic, so never mind.
• Silverthorne: hello, please ask first
  Cole has a problem. She's a goddamn moron. This makes her inherently a shitty RPer, because she has no sense of when she should ASK or DISCUSS THINGS with her RP partners before charging ahead and just doing them.
• Kym: take a hint
  Wherein Kym kindly requests that Kage GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HER already, goddamn. The martyr complex is really quite disturbing, given the fact that Kage is purportedly an adult who has two children.

Fandom_Wanked

• Wildefyre: omg stop personal attacks
  Someone on the FAKE mailing list complains about how shitty Wildefyre's fics are, including some bitchy details about Wildefyre's personal life that W herself shared.
• Wildefyre: you're ruining my life!!
  Continued from the above, Wildefyre is worried about the effect these things will have on her real life. Fandom Wank ridicules her.
• Wildefyre: taking my toys home now
  She leaves the fandom because people are mean. Note the dates, and thus the now obvious fact that she did not leave the fandom, but started RPing Dee at Sages. Damn you, Fandom Wank! ;3
• Wildefyre: yay plagiarism
  A polite review takes note of the fact that her latest stories very closely resemble another series in the FAKE fandom. Wildefyre remves the story and promises never to write again. I am very very saddened she did not keep that promise.
• Wildefyre: still hasn't dropped it, never has and never will
  Sorry, I promise not to use that lyric ever again in a joke. Arguing with Wildefyre isn't like banging your head into a brick wall. It's like trying to bang your head into the inside wall of a cylinder that you're in, rolling across the floor. You never quite make a connection, not that it matters.
• Wildefyre: ... still hasn't dropped it
  Okay, I'm linking this one more for the amusing comments than anything stupid that she says.
• Wildefyre: good thing I have minions
  This features Toebear, who is, shock of shocks, Cole. Cole also posted about this to Sages, where everybody failed to care.
• Weyrdchic: dead of cliché
  The OP has no issues with any specific plot, but wishes for them to desist abusing clichés in their writing. This quite mild-mannered post is, somehow, the straw that breaks the asshole's back, prompting the post in the screenshot down in the comments. And yes, they did report me, although it took them a few months to find it.
