Small council

The small council advises the King of the Seven Kingdoms.
The Hand of the King, Jon Arryn, Lord of the Eyrie, fell ill and died after a short while. Unable to save him, Grand Maester Pycelle gave Jon milk of the poppy to ease the pain.
