Viserys III of House Targaryen, called the Beggar King is the second son of Aerys II Targaryen, King of the Seven Kingdoms and Queen Rhaella Targaryen.
His father was slain by Ser Jaime Lannister during the Sack of King's Landing. His mother died in childbed on Dragonstone.
Viserys claims to be the true King of the Seven Kingdoms in opposition to Robert Baratheon..
