Rhaenyra of House Targaryen was the daughter and oldest child of Viserys I Targaryen, King of the Seven Kingdoms. She disputed her younger brother Aegon II's ascent to the throne in the war called the Dance of Dragons. Both perished in the war and Rhaenyra's son Aegon III became king.
