Landon Blaken and Da Sombras teamed up for wacky adventures several years ago, and called themselves the Cool Mexicanos just because it sounded badass. Then after Landon went back to Orly and started the Syndicate, Da Sombras got all into finding the secret to eternal life and invited Landon to join him again. Eventually they got a bunch of minions, a research facility, and a zeppelin. In case you couldn't tell, they're eeeeeeevil.

Da Sombras	Shadowstaarr	Brazilian hitman. Owns a zeppelin. Shot some guy in Toonamia a long time ago. Has become obsessed with discovering the secret to eternal life, presumably as a response to his own closeness to mortality. Thinks that Landon is wasting his time with the Syndicate. Doesn't trust women.
Landon Blaken	Blah_canbespanish	Leader of the Blacken Syndicate. Is really manipulating the Syndicate for his own purposes. Teamed up with Da Sombras several years ago after saving his life, and joined up with him again to pursue the secret to eternal life. Is confronted by the Syndicate after they learn of his shady dealings, and is killed by Zeus during the resulting fight after coming to realize the error of his ways.
The Captain	Hellsing (manga); Hellsing Ultimate	Nazi SS officer and the silent bodyguard of Da Sombras.
Gauron	Full Metal Panic!	A terrorist working directly under Landon. Is sent to Orly to convince Landon to eliminate Cille after she starts getting nosy. Gets a bullet through the forehead during the mansion fight.
Liam Green	lithium_green	A young man with a keen intellect who takes over the research projects when Landon returns to Orly to take back control of the Syndicate. He is later called in with his army of redshirts to subdue the Syndicate at the mansion, and makes the call to retreat despite Landon's orders to keep fighting.
Greed	Fullmetal Alchemist	A homunculus who is helping with the eternal life business. Reports directly to Da Sombras and also meets with Landon to give him updates.
Asimov	Cowboy Bebop	A vicious fighter who goes crazy under the influence of Red Eye. Apparently has fond memories of his granny.
Beck	Big O	A guy with bad taste in suits who can't seem to think straight around sexy women.
Frank Archer	Fullmetal Alchemist	Former high-ranking officer in the Actonian military. Joined the Cool Mexicanos after losing half of his body to Elizabeth in a skirmish with refugees. Believed that Da Sombras (who had the rest of his body outfitted with automail) gave him a second chance at life and revenge. Is later killed for good by Elizabeth in the fight in the abandoned mansion.
Shou Tucker	Fullmetal Alchemist	A scientist doing research on the secret to eternal life. Was working on a project with a Philosopher's Stone that turned out to be unsuccessful.
Ritsuko Akagi	Neon Genesis Evangelion	Another scientist working at the group's research facility. Has a proposal for something involving Tang. See End of Evangelion.
