Kay El	Kagomes_Luver2789	The second-in-command. Dislikes guns. Abilities are relatively unknown.
Vicious	Cowboy Bebop	Sword-wielding, silver-haired assassin. Loves bloodshed. Killed by Kira.
Legato Bluesummers	Trigun	A psychopath with powerful telepathic abilities capable of subduing a human being. Is crushed to death by druggified Spice.
Caine the Longshot	Trigun	A sniper. Shoots Father Sadar.
Alan Gabriel	Big O	Sadistic cyborg man with a hand that can transform into all sorts of pain-inducing contraptions. Captures Angel during the Syndicate arrests.
Ryuho	s-CRY-ed	Former HOLY commander who joined Echelon after his unit was disbanded. Fights with his Alter, Zetsuei. Arrests Cille and beats up Cougar. Appears to have a rivalry with Kazuma.
Umbrulos	Ghost in the Shell: SAC 2nd Gig	The leader of a armored mobile unit. Blows up Bruce Herman's house and tries to take his pool party hostage. The entire unit is destroyed by Jean Pierrot and Shunsui.

Jake Thompson	SportsMaster	A former baseball player who was extorted into killing the members of his own team. Is a powerful, vicious foe under the influence of the A Stimulant. Left Echelon after being separated from Emiri and Kira. Is now with the Syndicate.
Emiri	Boxers	The cute, but lovable assassin with a lust for blood like no other. Began to question her homicidal ways after encountering Father Sadar. After he defeated her, she decided to leave Echelon with Kira Izuru, her manbetch. Is now seeking out the Syndicate.
Kira Izuru	Bleach	Simply put, he's Emiri's manbetch. He does whatever she says whenever she wants. He leaves Echelon with her and is also seeking out the Syndicate.
