Chapter 26: The Darkness Arrives
In Landon's backstory, Da Sombras' life is saved by Landon and the assassin later returns the favor by killing everyone in Landon's unit except him. The two of them partner up to make their own fortunes, calling themselves the Cool Mexicanos. Later they part ways when Landon decides to return to Orly and make a (lawful) name for himself. Da Sombras then becomes obsessed with finding the secret to eternal life, and asks his old partner to help him on his quest. Da Sombras isn't a fan of Cille or DangerCille, and Landon has to restrain him from simply popping them off.
