Landon Blaken and Da Sombras are all shady and stuff. Something about wanting the secret to eternal life. And there's this guy Gauron. And they want to kill Cille, and also eventually DangerCille. And apparently they think they're manipulating Ozzal. And they have a zeppelin. And are eeeeeeevil.
Landon and Da Sombras teamed up for wacky adventures several years ago, and called themselves the Cool Mexicanos just because it sounded badass.

Gauron | Full Metal Panic! | A terrorist working directly under Landon. Is sent to Orly to convince Landon to eliminate Cille after she starts getting nosy. |
Liam Green | lithium_green | A young man with a keen intellect who takes over the research projects when Landon returns to Orly to take back control of the Syndicate. |
Greed | Fullmetal Alchemist | A homunculus who is helping with the eternal life business. Reports directly to Da Sombras and also meets with Landon to give him updates. |
