Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, as it's full title is, is an OVA series. It's a classic harem anime from 1992. Japanese teen boy from the country is surrounded by half-a-dozen beauties from outerspace. Naturally, he doesn't make a move. There is Ryoko, the TOTALLEH HAWT DEMON SPACE PIRATE (wonder how much of a demon she is...elsewhere...), Aeka (spelled by Pioneer, the English licsensor, as Ayeka), the princess of Jurai, who hates Ryoko with a passion, and who has spent lots of time tracking down Ryoko, Sasami, Aeka's little sister, and Mihoshi, a kinda ditzy Galaxy Police officer, who found her way to Tenchi Masake's home chasing Kagato, a space pirate a bit worse than Ryoko, and, lastly, Washu, a genius, HAWT scientist, who feels strong sexual attraction towards Tenchi.
In a television anime spinoff, the non-canon Tenchi Universe, there is another Galaxy Police officer, who was Mihoshi's partner (this isn't canon, so she really ISN'T Mihoshi's partner, this is only a spinoff), also joins Tenchi.
