1. All men are like grass, and all their

2. glory is like the flowers of the field;

3. the grass withers and the flowers fall,

4. but the word, power, and glory of the

5. Lord lasts forever. It is in this book, you

Commentary: This poetic book describes the brevity of mortals and permanence of the divine.
