Hi Jeff,

I've been taking a look at the Carpenter, and wondered if you could pare it down a little. I don't think the covenant should start with a bowyer, unless they want to spend build points. There is a covenant residents virtue which covers archery.

Also, I'm wondering about the well-travelled and small frame. It's a fairly standard pair of virtues from the characters I've seen on this wiki. I don't think that the carpenter should have small frame, as he is in a very physical job, and everyone has taken small frame...

Cheers, james. --Admin 10:02, 15 February 2006 (PST)

I didn't make the Carpenter, so I have no comment on him ... Althought I agree, a bowyer would be a specialist.

I took a look at Blathmac. He basically looks fine, as I said before. I checked out his supernatural skill though, and was a little surprised by what he could do with it. I left a note on the discussion page. Basically, what will he use it for?

Cheers, James.

He'll talk to the animals. He' s a grog, I don't really have any thing in mind for him except that he can talk to the animals as if it was his native langauge and persude them pretty easily. He's just a damn good animal wrangler, and gentle, inclined to get them to do stuff by persuasion rather than threats or whips. I suppose if we go that way, he'd also be a good trainer of hawks, warhorses, hunting dogs or what have you.
