Riokishini Sumiko/"Tsuki"

Riokishini Sumiko (リオキシニ炭子) or Tsuki (欟) is a human working for the Repuren. She is played by Cinna (Member).

Sumiko is Micchi's older sister, who has lived in England all her life. She managed to be out at all the times that her parents argued, so she didn't bother to leave. Eventually, her parents asked her to check on Micchi and see what he was up to, without letting him know it was her. They figured that he'd decide that there was something major going on if she made it obvious. So, she joined the Repuren under the name Tsuki, not even informing them that this was an alias, in case Micchi might learn that through them. She'd used the name before as a username for some obscure site online - one that she figured no one would ever connect back to her. She only just joined in April 2008 sometime.

Micchi has been teaching her who everybody in the Repuren is, and she's met Suta, though she has yet to do anything of great importance in the roleplay.

Sumiko is much more serious than Micchi, and tends to be very blunt in her speech. She never teases, but points out flaws straight out if she believes there is need. Normally, there isn't. However, that bluntness doesn't mean she can't understand roundabout manipulation - she almost always knows what someone's trying to get at before they get to it. Procrastination bothers her - anything that can be done immediately should be.

[edit] Combat Details
Sumiko trains constantly with Saiko, and as such wields both a gun and a sword. Her gun has a string attached to it so that she can throw it and pull it back - the range is 5 meters (about 15 feet). The sword has a single edge, and is a rather thin blade. The plain hilt she carved herself, out of a black wood. Its sheath is also very plain, made out of very dark leather. She doesn't wear her sword unless she's preparing for combat, but she keeps her gun in a holster on the side of her right leg.
[edit] Why Micchi Doesn't Recognize Her Yet
He actually has his suspicions, but the fact is that Tsuki wears her hair differently than Sumiko ever did. Sumiko always wore her pin-straight hair down, with no decoration. Tsuki, on the other hand, wears a headband (red or brown in color) at all times, and dries her hair after showering in such a manner that it curls out a little. Regardless, the fact that she's half British and Japanese almost gives it away, and she really can't hide that.

- Sumiko is the 12th character that Cinna (Member) plays in Angelique.
- Sumiko is going to become a pure angelique at some point in the context of the roleplay - that was actually part of the plan for how Micchi will realize for certain it's her
