Hachi's power is light. He can't really do much on his own, although he can technically be a flashlight. And he can give Kuro Headaches. But that's not really part of the power.

Meshi's hair and eyes... well, they stay the same =O Anyway, the outfit changes to be a blue outfit, but the best part is... IT HAS A PONCHO. And a Scarf. A yellow scarf. And there are fairy-style wings, 4... points? on each side. The weapon is a simple Katana, except that it glows. With yellow light and stuffs. And it can shoot beams of light =O
