Angelique

Angelique are former humans whose hearts were, and may still be, pure enough to hold a Mew Aqua. They gain special abilities and obtain more powers as they obtain more Mew Aqua. They are a key element in the story and known by the public of Tokyo. Many of their identities were leaked to the press during the Angelique Exposure.

[edit] Types
A Mew Aqua originally becomes attached to a pure soul but, if that soul becomes tainted and loses its purity, the Mew Aqua is still stuck and just loses some of its purity as well. This is what causes the difference between Pure and Fallen Angelique.
[edit] Pure
They are the starter form of all Angelique. A Pure Angelique still has its purity and their powers are "positive" and "creating" like a Mew Aqua is supposed to be. In some ways, Pure Angelique are angels, like their name suggests. Their key characteristics are that their main elements are Healing, Water, Wind, Plants and Earth while their wings and fluffy and feathery like the wings of an angel. Pure Angelique will eventually get a Halo.
[edit] Guardian Angel
An Angelique who dies protecting someone, and has more than four Mew Aqua, can become a Guardian Angelique. They protect one person, and live as long as they do. The Guardian and the guarded are always friends, though sometimes, mistakes do happen. A Guardian Angelique gets a second pair of wings.
[edit] Angel of Light
Mimigowa Usagi is the Angel of Light. She was just a normal Pure Angelique, and still is, except that the aliens kidnapped her and keep her in the alien spaceship to preserve her purity. The purpose of the Angel of Light is to bring life and a fresh new start to the world after the Angel of Darkness wipes it clean. qZFpjo Cool! You have answered. I'll take a quote! As a Angelique becomes hateful and, well, less pure, they slowly become Fallen. When officially Fallen, message an admin for permission and to arrange the power change and such. A Fallen Angelique has "negative" or "destructive" powers, usually the opposite of a Pure Angelique. If a Pure turns Fallen than their powers are inverted. The main Fallen element are Destruction, Fire, Storm, Plants and Earth.
A Fallen Angelique can become pure again, but it takes more then it does to be tainted. Fallen Angelique must prove themselves by making a positive different, usually in the form of saving a life.
[edit] Angel of Darkness
The key part of Repuren's plan. The Angel of Darkness is meant to become powerful enough to wipe all life off Earth. S/he is what the Mews are trying to prevent being created. The Repuren decided that Sadao Inoue would become the Angel of Darkness.
[edit] Flower
A flower angelique is pretty much like your regular angelique, except for the fact that they are... well, plants. Pretty much, the plant absorbs a Mew Aqua. From here, things are really confusing, so let's get to the point: From the Mew Aquaified plant, you get a person. Who is an angelique. But is a plant. At first, Flower Angelique cannot speak. They tend to be able to use sign language and/or read and write easily. Once they get more Mew Aqua, the person playing the Flower Angelique has the option to give them the 'Voice' power. Please note that the flower angelique will not be able to speak very easily at first.
Flower Angelique have both Pure and Fallen forms, but there isn't much of a difference there.
Flower Angelique may not become the Mew Savior/Angel of Darkness/Angel of Light. Not like that matters.
The Concept of Flower Angelique was originally formed by Ringo (Member) and Kira (Member).
They have a slightly different power chart, but in the end they have an equivalent to each thing that normal angelique have.
[edit] Angelic/Demonic Mew
A Angelic Mew (Not to be confused with Angelique Mew) is an Angelique that gives up his/her powers to become a Mew Mew. As long as they know how Mews transform, which requires talking to them, hanging around them, and seeing them transform a few times, they can create a Mew Pendent when they need it to transform. However, this requires "sacrificing" a power. For example, if your Angelique has wind powers and then decides to go Mew, they give up their wind power and obtain mew powers. Advantages:' A new idenity, a stronger form, its easier to find Mew Aqua as a Mew Disadvantages:' They can only use their sacrificed Power as a Mew
An Angelique who chooses to go Mew is then called an Angelic Mew (or Demonic if they're fallen). They do not have animal ears or tails, or anything like that, but keep their wings and halo (if they have it yet). The sacrificed power becomes the base of their Mew Attack (example: The Wind Angelique's Mew attack is "Reborn Pear Breeze" and it's a gust of wind).

In more detail, they are...
- Healing/Dstruction.... Healing powers should be obvious; they heal. Every Angelique tends to have a different style for healing; Some just by touch, others might be as drastic as a kiss or blood contact. The more drastic methods tend to mean the Mew Aqua fragment supplying it is rather small and weak. The opposite, however, is destruction. This can be also be called the "Pain" power. It is a bit similar to healing, only not completely; this power involves "Swapping" pain with health. So, PersonX in pain can give their pain to PersonY, and take their health. They cannot create pain, though, just switch it around.
- Plants/Plants.... This power is similar to both pure and fallen angelique. The Pure Angelique can control trees and flowers, mainly, while their fallen counterparts can control vines, thorns, and roses. Also, the Pure have the ability to grow flowers and gardens very quickly, but the Fallen can only destroy them, unless it in a rose plant/vine they're growing.
- Water/Fire.... Should be self explainitary.
- Wind/Storm.... The Pure Angelique control wind, usually just a light breeze or tornado in emergencies. However, the Fallen have a more extreme version of this power. The winds they make are stronger and they have mild lightning abilities that get stronger as their wings get bigger.
- Earth.... The same for both. The Earth power is just earthquakes and raising the earth.
- Dreams/Nightmares.... This power is a bit more complicated. It is just an illusion; the dream Illusion shows a person what makes them happiest, and the Nightmare illusion shows them what they fear the most.
- Light/Darkness.... Usually the last power obtained because its very hard to use. The Light power gives a Pure Angelique the ability to create and manipulate light; they can also create Pure Light, which burns Fallen Angelique quite badly. Fallen Angelique can create and manipulate darkness and shadows, and create Dark Shadow, which is a Pure Angelique's worst nightmare.
- Blessing/Curse.... A blessing is simply a good luck charm; they can make flowers grow, babies stop crying, help you win that last

When a Mew Aqua is around, Angelique naturally become attracted to it. Their own Mew Aqua is always looking to combind and grow in the prescene of more fragments. Unlike mews, though, Angelique don't go into a complete trance. They can walk, talk, etc. normally.
When they get a new Mew Aqua, you, the roleplayer, gets to pick a new power for them.
- @ 1 Mew Aqua (starting).... One power, tiny Wings. No flight is possible.
- @ 2 Mew Aqua.... Two powers total, slightly bigger wings. They can fly for short periods of time.
- @ 3 Mew Aqua.... Three powers total, can fly normally
- @ 4 Mew Aqua... Four powers total, they get their halo
- @ 5 Mew Aqua... They become a "true angel" + another power
- @ 6 Mew Aqua.... Angel of Darknness/Light/Mew Savior + another power
[edit] Angelique Exposure
It is unknown how long Angelique have existed. They have probably been around since the dark ages before things were even very civilized, back when the aliens first came to Earth and created Mew Aqua. However, it is only recently, when the world has become so tainted Mew Aqua has no where to hide, that Angelique have become frequent.
In early 2007 the Angelique craze hit the news. Many Angelique were exposed and became popular around Tokyo for their powers, which everyone wanted to see or use. Many Angelique were forced into hiding and those who weren't just had to be more careful with not revealing themselves.
Repuren was founded around this time with the goal of using Angelique to their advantage. The exposure of Angelique also caught the attention of Tokyo Mew Mew and a struggle to gather Mew Aqua and keep all Angelique on 'your side' started.
