[edit] Before...
Saiko lived a normal human life until the age of 10. At that time, she was abducted by aliens, in hopes that she might be able to give them some sort of information (exactly what, even she remains unsure). She proved to them that she would be loyal and they wouldn't have to kill her, so instead they trained her to fight. She also was instructed that humans are, mostly, bad people - they destroyed the beautiful earth that they live on, and thus should be annhialated as well.

Saiko has been on only a few missions. Her first mission was to explore the Western Area of the ruins. After a difficult battle, she was chosen by the Mew Aqua. When she returned to the spaceship, she gave the Mew Aqua to Wakamatsu Tayuya.
Her second mission was to follow Brownie around at the Mew Convention, to keep her under control.
Saiko and Karasu pretended to be dating on her third mission, in an attempt to get information about the mews. It didn't work very well, unfortunately.

Saiko is a "psycho", in layman's terms. She can't relate to most people, and, like Brownie, is very combat-oriented. She sometimes acts like she has no emotions, and she speaks in a barely-less-than-monotone fashion, though sometimes it can be thought of as cheerful. She seems to enjoy the pain of others...

She doesn't remember her family well enough to even have any idea if she has any. She considers herself to be an orphan.

Kakamataru Karasu - Although he is the Repuren Leader, they often play off each other in meetings and such, in order to make others think that she is, instead. It's only because they're so friendly with each other that they can make up some of their more complicated schemes.
Wakamatsu Tayuya - Saiko was the one Tayuya first met when she first joined the Repuren. Saiko showed her around, and they quickly became good friends.
Brownie - Battle maniacs have to stick together, right?

Saiko's gun can be used in multiple ways.
- Firing: She doesn't actually fire her gun all that often - it's a waste of ammunition if she's fighting Mew Mews and Angeliques. However, this is the easiest to aim, and takes the least time. She keeps lots of bullets with her, although she doesn't use them.
- Boomerang: Saiko's gun is so well balanced that she can throw it like a boomerang. This is what she does the most. However, it takes time for her to set it up so she can throw it accuratly, and so that no one will catch it. She makes sure that there is no ammunition inside the gun before throwing it, as well - she wouldn't want anyone on her side getting hurt by it.
- Club: She'll occasionally run up to someone and whack them upside the head with it. This is pretty much when there's no way for her to guarantee a way to avoid it getting caught.
- Teleportation: There's a small, yellow button on the gun. If she presses this, she can teleport up to 5 yards in any direction, including up (not necessarily down). She can't do this often, though, but it's occasionally useful.

Saiko also has a sword, which she keeps attached to her belt. She only uses it if she's unable to reach her gun for some reason, because she isn't very good with it, and it isn't a very good sword, either.

- Saiko is the second human Repuren member created, the third human overall.
- Saiko is the second character that Cinna (Member) created for Angelique Tokyo Mew Mew.
- Saiko's name was originally created by transforming "Psycho" into a Japanese-like name, and using the word for female ninja in her last name - it has since changed to be more of a death-and-destruction like name.
- If Saiko had a seiyuu, the best person for the job would be Miki Fujitani, who plays Kaoru from Rurouni Kenshin.
- If Saiko had a character song, the best song for her character would be Nightmare by SNoW.
