Wakamatsu Tayuya (倭嘉松タユヤ) is a 17 year old fallen angelique played by Cinna (Member). She is sided with the Repuren.

History

Before...

Tayuya's wings used to be light green - normal and feathery, too. She was quite pleased with them - they attracted attention, and not in the perverted way that the other girls got it in. However, there were those who made fun of her for them. So, one day, she struck out at them... putting one in the hospital, giving one a black eye, and a third managing to escape unscathed. For that, she became fallen... since then, she took up a rather bad vocabulary. No, she doesn't curse like a sailor, but her cursing is rather frequent. In terms of how she got the mew aqua in the first place... it's a rather odd story, that. She was in the little girls' room, and it came out of the sink. For her reaction to the mew aqua - the flower she wears in her hair flashes blood red, and heats up a little bit.

...Now

Tayuya has so far only participated in two missions. The first was to try to retrieve a Mew Aqua from the Eastern area of the ruins. She failed this mission. The second was merely information hunting at the mew convention. Also, she received a mew aqua from Akunoichi Saiko after the trip to the Ruins.

Personality

Tayuya likes attention, although she can be also quite shy at times. She hates when people make fun of her for something, and gets nervous whenever she has to talk about something. She'll snap right back if someone snaps at her.

Relationships

Family

Tayuya has both a mother and a father, though she doesn't care much about them. She lives at home with them, and has no siblings.

Friends

Akunoichi Saiko - as the first one to show her around the spaceship, Tayuya became good friends with Saiko.

Yoshida Yumeko - a friend from school, a member of their 'in group'. They hang out a lot after school, as well.

Momoiro-Lemonade William - also a friend from school, and another member of their 'in group'.

Ubuna Yasu - it's sort of a friend/eternal rival relationship with the two of them. She calls him poison, he calls her heaven's scum. He's the fourth member of their 'in group'.

Lovelife

Tayuya doesn't love anyone yet.

Combat Details

Plant Power

Tayuya generally uses her plant power to create thick vines with sharp thorns around her. This doesn't work well in regions with sandy or rocky earth, or in regions with little water. The vines either ensnare the enemy or protect her.

Earth Power

Tayuya uses this in a similar way as her plant power - she ensnares the enemy with it. She can make quicksand with it, especially. Another especially useful thing about this power is that she can make the ground softer or harder as she needs it.

• Tayuya was the fourth Fallen Angelique created, aside from Extree Gao, the Fallen Angelique Knight, and Mei-Ling, who was deleted.
• Tayuya was the third character that Cinna (Member) created for Angelique Tokyo Mew Mew.
• Tayuya is loosely based off of Konan from Naruto.
• Tayuya's name is a combination of Tayuya from Naruto and Wakamatsu Madoka from Full Moon wo Sagashite.
• If Tayuya had a seiyuu, the best person for the job would be Akeno Watanabe, who plays Tayuya from Naruto and Chachamaru from Negima!.
