Prima Cohors (Cohort One)
Prima Cohors (Cohort One) is a group of Roman superheroes, headquartered in Herculaneum, Italy (or what's left of it). Each of them is an ancient Roman who, by one means or another, has found him- or herself in the modern era. All agreeing that Romans are Better in Batches, they've found each other, linked up, and now fight for Veritas, Iustitia, and the Roman Way!
Team members
- Lucius Tarquinius Aurelius - "Legion": posesses the Aquila of his Legion; when he plants this firmly in the ground, he becomes eight Roman soldiers just rarin' for some action!
- Tiberius Fulvius Flaccus - "Perennius": was awarded a set of magical phalerae, each of which, when touched, activates a different power. He is, so far, the only member of the Cohort who can fly.
- Lucius Marius Fimbria (no alias): a perfectly ordinary Legionary, except of course that he's here; of all the heroes, Lucius has adjusted best to the present day, and is the spokesman/coordinator for the team. He is currently moonlighting with a reenactor group in Britannia Province.
- Roma: a great, bronze-colored Werewolf, extremely protective of the Mother City and the Heritage.
