Welcome to the AFE community! We are a widely diverse community with many different learning styles and pathways, and everybody participates in our community in different ways. We welcome your questions, and we hope this handbook will answer some of them!

We are glad you are joining us, for we can mutually enrich one another's experience of homeschooling in community. We will approach you with a sense of curiosity and potential collaboration. To the best of our abilities, we are all contributing, learning, and developing individually and together.

We, the parents and students, teachers and staff of AFE, will do our best to play and work with you and your family to make this experience joyful and productive.
