Saturn is the 6th planet of the Sol system, a ringed gas giant and the second largest planet in the system. After the efforts to make the moons of Mars liveable with Arcology Housing proved expensive and ineffective, the major powers instead funnelled their efforts into establishing bases on Titan from which to mine the other moons, and conduct research outside of Terrestrial borders.
